About THE STANDARD

Rehabilitation and performance should never exist separately.

THE Standard was built on a simple belief: the same principles that help someone recover from pain are often the same principles that help athletes move faster, build strength, and perform at a higher level.

Our Story

Built for athletes, adults, and families who want to move better for life.

Too often, people move from injury care to performance training as if they are two different worlds. At THE Standard, we see movement differently.

But performance is not reserved for elite athletes. We work with youth athletes learning movement fundamentals, high school athletes preparing for the next level, adults returning from injury, and active individuals who simply want to move and feel better.

Every athlete begins somewhere. Strong movement patterns, confidence, and long-term development matter just as much as speed, strength, or power.

Who We Serve

Performance looks different for everyone.

Whether you are recovering, developing, competing, or simply trying to stay active, our goal remains the same: help you move better today while building the foundation to perform better tomorrow.

Youth Athletes

Movement fundamentals, coordination, balance, strength development, and injury prevention for athletes building the right foundation.

High School Athletes

Training for athletes preparing for the next level with a focus on strength, speed, confidence, and long-term development.

Active Individuals & Families

Coaching for people who want to move better, feel stronger, stay active, and build habits that support long-term health.

Adults Returning From Injury

Support for active individuals rebuilding strength, restoring confidence, and safely returning to sport or daily activity.

Our approach

Progress starts with understanding how you move.

Every plan begins with assessment, goal development, and a clearer understanding of the person in front of us.

Assessing Ability

Every program begins with an evaluation of movement, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and performance.

Developing Goals

We create a plan that aligns with your goals, not a generic program.

Tracking Progress

Objective measurements and ongoing assessments help you see, feel, and understand improvement.

Whole Athlete View

We look at strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, recovery, and how the body functions as a connected system.
